Guests were pleased with the cleanliness, spacious rooms, and friendly staff at Hilton Manchester Deansgate. The breakfast had a variety of options and was of great quality. Another guest highlighted the attentive service received, including special treatment for their 11-year-old granddaughter. Despite some noise from the wind, overall, the stay was enjoyable and highly recommended. Amazing views

I really loved the location, its in the middle of Manchester,just a walking distance from some of the poshest restaurants and designer shops. Really good pubs within few minutes. Tram and train station across the road.

Staff was rude in the executive lounge, got spoken to like we were children. Food was terrible and cold, not much choice. The room had no dressing gown in the executive room and when asked for on three occasions we still didn't receive A glass was left in the fridge with half a drink in. The seal on shower had gone so when you had a shower, a pool of water was left on the floor. I have stayed at the Hilton 3 times before and the stay was excellent. We was really looking forward to our stay this new year and feel very let down. The level of service was below standard and I feel I got better service at the Premier Inn than here. I will never stay at this hotel again. Paying what we paid is absolutely unacceptable

Okay stay

Love the location of this hotel, we've stayed before and wanted to come back due to the location and facilities. Nice and central to pretty much everything.

Our room was not the best standard, there were hairs all over our room, dirty bed sheets and the shower leaked everywhere which we did complain about and nothing was fixed.

The fire alarm at about 5 am the one morning.But ! Once checked no fire & all was sorted and we were back in hotel

A little disappointing for the Hilton

Location

Room needed an update, chipped doors, dripping bath tap, marks under glass top of dressing table, bobbled carpet. Bar staff at cloud 23 excellent, waiting on staff slow and not personable Lady on front desk welcoming but not personable, talked to fast. No communication after the stay regarding my credit card being charged 3 times for the stay!

Property was well located and clean and tidy

Couldn't check in until 4pm, huge queue when we arrived as everyone was checking in at the same time and very slow. The pool was closed until 10am in the morning so unable to use the facilities. Very disappointed
