Comfortable hotel in a great location. A great value.

Comfortable hotel in a prime location for sightseeing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel wasn't noisy at night, which we appreciated since we were traveling with our 5-year-old. In easy walking distance to many of the museums and plenty of restaurants. Overall a great value. Would definitely book there again.

No complaints. It was a great hotel.

Average staff with Terrible room

Staff was good and Vallet parking is good. However, we had to park the car in the road until Vallet come and pick the car.

Well, i stayed on room 214 which is facing to the front of the building. There was a AC/Heater fixed on the room, but i later realized that there is a some sort of a opening on the bottom of the AC to outside, which send the outside air to the room. Also, since the opening, it was like me sleeping on the side walk, as lot of noises. In the night, there was somebody vomitting on the road, which go on for few hours, which made me and my kids hard to sleep. Terrible room. Then we went to Breakfast, where they take Tips somewhat forcebly. They print 20% tip on the bill,(they bring the bill to the table, eventhough we have breakfast included in the room), then ask to sign the bill. This is somewhat unprofessional. Its up to us to pay a tip and decide the amount.

Nice staycation.

The staff was nice, great location.

The restaurant was understaffed, could've been a better variety of food. The room we had was next to a busy street. It was very loud.

Good location, not too nice experience at breakfast with the waitresses.

Great location, it is less than 5 minutes walk from the White House, however, there are very few places around where one can get food. Fairly good breakfast, nice pool, nice bar.

Although breakfast was included in the price we paid, the waitresses harrased us every single morning, because they wanted us to pay. First, they wanted us to sign a bill, then they came back and explained that they think we should pay and tip them. That happened every single day, it was very very annoying. So guys, do not sign anything and do not pay.

Very good

Breakfast was very satisfactory for the price.

A month has passed since the deposit was completed, but it has not yet been returned. The person in charge has not yet returned, so there has been no promise of when it will be returned. I also thought that if I hadn't messaged the representative, they might have forgotten about returning my deposit.
