The Hilton Club The Quin New York is a high-end hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Br (Read More)oadway. However, guests noticed a lack of dining options and vending machines in the hotel. The rooms do not have microwaves. Despite these issues, the staff was accommodating and the location was ideal for exploring New York City. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel has a great location near restaurants and Carnegie Hall. The staff is attentive and the hotel is close to Central Park.

Truly a hidden gem- will stay here again

I dont know how I didnt discover this hotel before- easily one of the best ones Ive stayed at in the city. Convenient location, clean and large rooms (which seem to be recently renovated), easy check in and check out process, small fridge that fits a lot of food, punctual and efficient housekeeping, the list is too long. Super!

Only two very minor issues: 1. you can hear the shower running in the adjacent room, pretty loudly, if you had a neighbor. 2. Theres no bellman to help with the luggage upon checkout before 7am.

Great location

The location is perfect and the rooms are decent size. Some of the furniture could use an upgrade. There was quite some dust in the room and bathroom so they could have deep cleaned it. The staff are wonderful and the location is truly a win. Ive been staying here since 2017 and I would definitely come back.

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the room was quite dusty.
