Great hotel amenities and location.

Spacious clean rooms . Excellent breakfast. Concierge was friendly and super helpful. The location is amazing, next to the subway, next to the famous wangfujing Road. We would come again for sure

I would expect for a 5*hotel to take your luggage inside the hotel when you arrive and then help you take them upstairs but they didn't. One thing to be careful of. I booked a room with breakfast included and at reception, initially they asked me to pay for one extra ( 1 child).

An enjoyable stay at the Beijing Wangfujing Hilton

Location-within walking distance of Wangfujing, IPN shopping mall, the palace museum, subway, etc. The room we have -a suite, is large and very comfortable and had a city view. The breakfast and happy hour was great , large varieties and plentiful. The club lounge staffs were helpful, friendly and always had a smile on their face. We have stayed at Wangfujing Hilton prior to the pandemic, it is good to see the high quality standards has remained unchanged. A special thank you to Aimee at the club lounge for making our reservation to visit the Palace museum.

the location is good and accessible to nearest metro stations, shopping malls, restaurant and many stuff around. Breakfast is good but not much changes everyday since we stay for 4 night there and eat almost the same things. Room consider clean.

the aircon of the room is really bad who set it at 28 degree which totally make our family of 4 almost breathless. It is too hot and stuffy in the room. After complaints to customer service staff, they get a staff to install one air-cooler but its still not enough to solve the problem. It really made me piss-off. The next morning, I lodge another complaint to counter staff. They arrange one more air-cooler to my room and open up the window to let the natural cold air coming in. It's really disappointed with the services provide by Hilton Hotel which claim as 5 star international hotel.

a disgrace hotel

Excellent location, but the facilities of the hotel is beyond poor.

however the facility is too poor to describe: 1, smelling 2, cold in the lobby: I and my business partner could not take the winter coats off when we were sitting in the lobby because the temperature is below 10 degrees. 3, breakfast was awful. 4, not able to connect to the internet if your PC is from a foreign country. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. It is a disgrace to have a name called 'Hilton'.
