Booking was confirmed however no follow up was taken. They cancelled my booking on the same day as i was on my way to the property without informing me.

Rude staff. They said there is no point to discuss anything as they are fully booked and i need to cancel it myself.

View from the restaurant is good, and breakfast was good.

Very bad washroom. In booking was free room with private bathroom, but it was busy. Inside the closed was clothes from someone who stayed there before. Staff is rude.

Too many stairs to the property , have to hike a while to reach...no staff assistance...washrooms not at all maintained and unhygienic. Rooms also were not clean. Vehicles dont reach the property. Have to pay extra to the porter to carry luggage to reach while walking self

Nothing to like here. Horrible customer service at the reception

Worst customer service. They just cancel your booking no matter how much in advance you book. I had booked my room 2 months prior and they didn't ask for any advance payment. On the day of my check in date they called me in the morning, As i was riding I didn't notice their call and they just cancelled my booking and i didnt have a room when I reached there.

Great and quiet stay

its not in Kasol but in beautiful Challa, you have an extraordinary view from the the balcony, the food is very delicious (and brought to your room) and the staff is very friendly and helpful!
