Henann Palm Beach Resort

From the first day we had issues with our air conditioner. It was barely pushing out air and dripped water onto the ground. The room also had ripped bed sheets and pillow covers with stains on them. We complained and were moved to a different room. In the second room we also saw stained sheet which we did not noticed until the night when we are about to sleep - did not bother complaining because we didnt want to make a big deal of it. Upon check out we were accused of staining the sheets ourselves. We showed evidence of the same stains and rips in the first room but they claimed we were the ones who made the stain. They would not budge and made us pay for the damages. For being a 4 star hotel- the staff expect us to inspect the room that should have been the job of a housekeeping supervisor. You should not sell the room if you know its dirty. We stayed at luxury hotels in the Philippines and this is the only one that we had problem and i would not recommend. We have pictures of all the stained pillowcases and even ripped bed sheets. We did not notice the ripped sheets as it was tucked under the bed. When you check in on a luxury hotel like this, the guest should expect high class cleanliness and guest should not be looking for things to complain. We are here for vacation we expect high class service for the amount of money we paid for. Warning to guest who wants to stay here make sure you do the housekeeping supervisor job and inspect the room before you go in it so you dont have to get blamed at in the end. We also had food poisoning the first day from the buffet so be careful on what you will eat. I will recommend staying at Hennan Crystal Sand instead of the Palm Beach.
