    No staff after 6pm Rooms too small Dirt carpet Staff forgot to leave us towels on our room after service one day, couldn't reach anyone because it was after 6pm and the emergency phone didn't work.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms very tidy
    Couldn't sleep at night for the extremely loud music and people yelling out until all hours of the night/morning. Would not recommend to anyone i know.

    Great service but terrible cleanliness and value. I wouldnt come back
    Location was great, right in the middle of the Main Street. The staff at the reception were also all very welcoming and helpful, in particular a gentlemen who cleaned our room for us when the cleaning team forgot to do so and they have already finished for the day. Aircon was also fantastic especially in summer.
    Strong smell in the room, poor water pressure, poor soundproof when there is a bar right across the road and the noises from partying wont stop until like 2am. Our room wasnt very clean. There was dust on our bed and pillows when we checked in. Also random dust around different corners in the room. Room is also extremely small for the money you pay.

    Location fine, room didnt block out much of the nightclub noise and paid way to much for the room.
    Locations was fine.
    Shower was not properly cleaned, left over body soap with hair all through out. Bathroom sink did not drain properly, when it did left a horrible smell. Aircon kept turning off even when doors were closed.

    I arrived late, picked up keys.. dumped my suitcases and let loose on Airlie looking for steak dinner. once satisfied with my meat and tequila bounty I promptly returned to the hotel to shower and slumber.. Mid lather I noticed thick short curly hairs on the wall and floor and some thick dried kind of stains on the shower tiles. I looked at my feet and hoped to heck that I wouldn't wake up with itchy feet from other peoples bacteria / poor hygiene practices I paid 200$$ for this room for one night for the sake of rest and comfort before beginning yet another long bout of work... this experience unfortunately got under my skin and I rang an after hours number feeling a bit robbed. I asked this be followed up the following day by the hotel and so far.. its been over a week and I've heard nothing back I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel many times, and am annoyed that possibly cleaners are being over worked? I don't know what their pay check or training reflects? perhaps people have been sick with the forever on going bouts of flu or Covid related illnesses - of course quality may slip. I think for my long winded E-rant I am feeling let down for quality reflected in my hard earned dollar. After not being contacted I am feeling Karen enough to share my thoughts via online reviews

    Location is fabulous, modern and clean room. Id stay again
    The location was perfect, central to lagoon, downtown core and strolls along beach. Very clean and modern quaint room. The view of lagoon and ocean was nice.
    Washroom has a window with shutters, with the bed on other-side of window. Lack of privacy.
