Excellent staff!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and excellent breakfast. My kids loved the waffle machine.

The pool was small, but not a problem because the beach was the main attraction. The staff was very helpful at checkin with setting expectations in the beginning that the pool was small, so we were not surprised by this.

Not safe for families.

Waffle machine for breakfast.

Small parking lot surrounded by roaming homeless crowds, drug dealers, prostitutes and other criminals. My family with pregnant wife and 3 y.o. child was assaulted the first night we have arrived there. Had to call the police and file a report. Stay away from Santa Cruz. It's a condemned place.

Our only challenge with the hotel is its locationmany homeless people in the area.

I liked the breakfast how helpful the staff were and I was very comfortable with my room

Parking and speed bumps were terrible homeless people around was unpleasant if you want to swim pools really small more than two people would probably be uncomfortable

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cheery.

The breakfast was disappointing. Scrambled eggs had ham and cheese in it, not good for people who don't eat cheese or meat. No hard boiled eggs, no cut up fruit, just whole oranges and apples. Waffle maker barely cooked the waffles and they were not done. No almond milk or non dairy alternate types of creamer. Only one pitcher of 2% milk.
