Poor

I will not be staying again. It was very uncomfortable and we got no sleep.

Location

We did not get the room that we reserved and was charged for. We were supposed to have a king bed and a pullout couch and we got a king with a small chair. when we went downstairs to speak to the front desk, they called the supervisor to switch our rooms and he started cursing on the speaker phone so I heard it. Air conditioner in our room did not work and it was stuck on heat so we were very uncomfortable and my family had to sleep on the floor. In the morning we went to the front desk to ask them to adjust our bill and they said they could not because it was booked through a third-party and that we would have to call Booking.com to straighten that out. I was offered a water bottle instead.

I want some of my money back as you and they talked about pool and courtyard use phone # 519 491 067

Breakfast was good, rooms very clean, employees were good.

the pool area and courtyard were closed both days, under repair thanksgiving weekend terrible time to update the pool, we paid a good money for those 2 days expecting to hang out at the pool and relax, only place to sit outside the hotel was on the sidewalk.

Wonderful front desk staff

The room was very comfortable, and we were allowed to check in early because of the early arrival of our cruise ship. The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

Many mechanical things didn't work. We could not set up the safe, the clocks were off an hour and not adjustable, the shower faucet was reversed (red was cold, blue was hot), and the elevators doors were a bit too forceful.

The walking distance to any place.

Nothing really. Better food at the bar at night. You can nuke anything but when the center is still cold its no bueno.

Good value for the location.

Breakfast was good. Lots of selection and very clean dining room.

Room smelt like ammonia when we checked in but the front desk moved us to another room without hesitation . Air conditioner sounded like a dishwasher running all night. Did not sleep well because of the noise.
