Overall, the Hampton Inn and Suites in Lincoln Northeast received positive reviews. Guests appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary break (Read More)fast had plenty of options and was well-maintained. However, some guests were disappointed that the hot tub was no longer available and had some issues with the temperature of the pool. The location was also noted as a bit difficult to access. Nonetheless, many guests expressed their satisfaction with the service and their enjoyable stay.

Great if you like to be double charged for your stay and then charged for a night you never booked.
The location is fantastic, the room was fine. Great hotel if you don't mind paying almost $600 for staying one night due to them charging your room wrong and then fighting for a refund (still waiting on $170). Not worth all this hassle.
I was charged 3 times for my room. Customer service is complete garbage. The property said they would refund, then didn't. Had to go through booking.com to get the double room charge refunded. Then I was charged for another night that I never even booked. Can't seem to get them to refund this charge. I have never had this problem before and have been using booking.com for years with no problems but after being charged almost $600 for a one night stay, I won't be using them or Hampton Inn again.

The girl at the front desk Friday Winchester 3 was absolutely amazing nice very knowledgeable very helpful give her a raise Irving Friday 31st or the 1st
The room I was in was kind of tore up the walls are all scratched up need some updating the parking lot you should ban truck and trailers or make them Park someplace else instead of taking up six parkings when they're that many people there or next time I'm parking on the grass wherever I can wherever I want and maybe take down plate numbers so when people come out Park correctly and they're taking them to parkings you can tell them to go figure out how to park their car the right way and
