We have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times. The people that work there are always very kind. The rooms are always clean. The hotel is in a very convenient location to get around Madison. They always serve a very nice hot breakfast.our stays have always been wonderful!

Amazing facility! Definitely recommend

Great staff! Awesome breakfast! Fabulous pool! Good location to Henry Vilas zoo and other kid attractions. Very clean and well maintained facility. Would definitely come again.

The pool was awesome, however, the pool deck was very slippery. The pool floor was rough. We had a skinned knee.

Definitely recommend for a family with toddlers and kids, great for working too.

We are late sleepers and we were pleasantly surprised that the breakfast was fully stocked even in the last half hour before it ended. The kitchen crew did an incredible job and even gave me a tray each day so that I could carry multiple plates and cups back to the room. The pool was the reason we booked this hotel and it did not disappoint! Our almost 2 year old daughter had a blast! We loved the splash park and the fact there was so much shallow water. The ramp into the pool is perfect for accessibility. Excellent job!!

The only negative was the mattress was firm for our taste and a little loud when first getting in. The room was amazing though, plenty of space for our toddler, including the pack and play that the hotel provided upon request. I worked a couple of days from the room and the wifi was excellent and the desk chair was very comfortable.

The toilet was hard to flush properly (had to hold down the handle and push past the point of resistance).

Couldn't upgrade. Was asked prior to arriving, I get there and was told you only had 1 queen suite and it was taken. If I had known that prior to arrival I would have asked for the king suite
