Excellent location. My upgraded room was amazing. Jacuzzi pool is good relax and beautiful.

Green glasshouse restaurant was under renovation on the day we booked and no one informed us about this issue so we missed having breakfast on our last morning stay.

Unreliable for transport help, do not keep their promises, dont stay here if female solo traveler

Near main sights, but stay somewhere else near.

Staying here ruined my time in Istanbul. Mainly they cannot handle getting hotel guests taxis or transportation. The transportation service airport to hotel is not friendly for single female solo travelers and the hotels instructions on how to find the transport were both wrong and confusing. Because no one was there to get me at first or guide me, and I was delayed getting back til 2 am, the reception said I could have a discount on the transportation bill but when I went to pay the bill they said that absolutely was not happening. I cant believe there was not one note on that this morning when it was time to pay the bill! Also most decent hotels put a note if a hotel guest gets in late, housekeeping woke me up at 8 am the next morning which was only like 5 minutes after I went back to sleep after the 630 am prayers. I could not depend on the hotel for taxis so I would walk out to taxi stands alone (the hotel is located in an area where cars cannot come in). I got cheated by a taxi for a lot of money, so once more I tried again to get help from the hotel for a taxi. I went to reception in person asking for a taxi at 550 pm from my room because no one picked up my call from the room to reception and also I thought they would see I am ready to. Reception told me someone would come, went back to my room. No one came til 627 and that was after many more calls, during which I was told a taxi was already booked. Then they told me ONLY then that there are no taxis for anyone. I was so upset. I easily found an expensive taxi but since I was delayed 30 minutes by the hotel I missed my dinner reservation and my last night in Istanbul. Also every interaction I would have with the staff was unpleasant. I am a young woman and they only had male staff attending. They would get aggressive quickly and tell me I was wrong to be so frustrated. I also really find staying in apartments instead of a hotel not enjoyable. It was super loud because you are ground level on busy streets.

Romantic and luxurious stay for a special occasion

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and Hilton did everything possible to make it special. The room was luxurious, staff were very friendly and helpful (the shuttle around the property was heaven sent during the rain!), and the Turkish breakfast in the Green House Garden Restaurant was both extensive and delicious. Easily the best location in Sultanahmet for seeing the main tourist sites.

Bring earplugs for an uninterrupted night's sleep. The proximity to the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque means you will hear the call to prayer in the early morning hours.

Brilliant stay, would recommend actually have been recommending already to people. Thank you.

We absolutely loved the location. we were picked up by Rajab in a Golf cart and he was an absolutely lovely person who welcomed us with a wonderful smile. we loved the breakfast both at the terrace garden as well as the Turkish breakfast.

you could keep more bottles of drinking water and got a comment that only a certain amount of water is free after that you have to pay. I think the property is amazing and having plenty of drinking water at the property is important without having the hassle of having to pay for water.

Excellent

The coziness and the excellent first impression from the buggy driver set the tone. Im coming back again in a few months.

The one thing you need to improve on is be more aware of nut allergies. My daughter is anaphylactic to nuts and was almost given one twice in one dinner seating.
