I enjoyed the gorgeous surroundings of nature!

Beautiful setting and lovely, kind people! The pool area is stunning. The gardens are exquisite and so well maintained. Easy location to find and close to village. I loved walking around in the rice fields. Very comfortable bed and linens and I loved the outdoor shower.

The food was just okay, though I really enjoyed the chicken spring rolls. The bedside lamps had broken shades and one cord was broken and taped. The air conditioner was great but there was no remote or way to turn on fan. There was no remote for the tv so no idea if it works. It can be noisy as very close to the road.

our neighbours loved their stay, we left after 2 nights.

beautiful garden and pool comfy bed romantic timber cottage, quite private. there are 2 timber cottages, the last one has a side window overlooking a small rice field

we should have chosen a different accommodation: with a view, a good restaurant and not along a busy road.

We Loved It

We loved our stay at Griya Valud - a little paradise in the midst of rice paddy fields. We stayed in the Cottage with Hill View. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. The gardens and grounds were beautifully kept. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food in the restaurant was very good too. There are a couple of eateries (warungs) within walking distance. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful place

One of the best beds I had ony my whole trip. I slept like a baby :) The garden is beauuutiful and so is the pool. The restaurant had very good food, so I ate there every evening. Also the breakfast was delicious. Very close to the rice terraces!

Directly at the road, so it could be a bit noisy - this disturbed the relaxing atmosphere a bit. But nothing the hotel is to be charged guilty for.

Everything was perfect. Villa was gorgeous, clean and cosy with bathroom that is has semi-outside shower which was the highlight for us. Pool area and garden were well kept and peaceful, we loved spending our afternoons there. Special shoutout to the staff who where very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. The food they served was on another level, local and delicious. We would highly recommened this place to everyone!

Enyjoyable change of scene for me. Loved the climate change from the beach areas of Bali.

Great location. Not far from a river with Restaurant. Meals at the resort ok. Really lovely staff. Massage was good too. Pool was excellent. Beautiful location overlooking mountains and rice fields.

Breakfast eggs were salty but I ate them. Maybe more variety for breakfast.

Sensational, ticked all the boxes.

Everything. Great rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, excellent cooking for all day dining, staff were so helpful, grounds and pool lovely, good location. Will be back when visiting Sidemen again.

No complaints about this place.
