Very good

Best location! Helpful staffs. Room with the window view is very big.

Breakfast is not clean enough, it's a very small and crawded room and messy food in the tray. Noisy from the street in the night.

Good location but poor services

The bathroom is super big! And they offer very hot water to take showers. This part is good!

The staff is not friendly. I tried to ask some more info. but he is not willing to talk more just want to make us check in and let us go instead of telling us or guiding us. Also our hairdryer is broken, after taking shower at midnight finding out this bad news... We called the counter and they asked us to come down to pick the new one.....

Superb

Great location! Very friendly staff!!!

We loved the location, close to Xiamen metro station, and to a very vibrant street food district. It is very easy to get around from this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and well equiped!

Elevators are a nightmare haha, it literally takes 10mins to call an elevator anywhere. Also the carpets are a bit dirty :/

Good but can be improved for better

Its located in downtown and very near to MRT. Good for transportation and shopping.

There are many rooms without windows, seem the air doesnt flow well with this room type. The reception staff was okay but they serviced without smiles, I think they should improve their service mind. Compared with the staff in dining room, they were very nice and said greetings to all customers in the morning when I went for breakfast.

Superb

The location is great. Five minutes away from the MRT Ximen station. It is suggested that you utilise exit 4 if you have luggage. Nearby to the hotel are a 7-11 with a Hello Kitty theme and a Japanese restaurant. Hotel toilets are automated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view outside my 11th-floor room is fantastic.

The hairdryer is unsatisfactory since it keeps shutting off when it is too hot.
