gave us the wrong room I booked ocean view we got no view came back from the pool to find out they gave our room to someone else so people had access to our room no reservations for restaurants if you are staying one night only

Nice resort location but quality needs improvements. Would not return or recommend hotel

Service, resort location and bar areas were all good

Food selection and availability was scarce/very limited (American buffets have more than the what the resort had) and quality of hotel very poorly

Location and support crews . All support agents tried their best . Jonathan is best.

Horrible food selection and long queues everywhere . Not able to reserve any restaurant upon check in . Check in was horrible , after long journey we have to stand in long queue for check in . They crew takes their sweet time to check in .
