In conclusion, while my overall stay at Nile Tower was pleasant,

Location and the quality of the mattress

One evening, I decided to order dinner to my room for convenience. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reach the room service department. I dialed the provided number several times over the course of an hour, but my calls went unanswered. This was frustrating, as I was looking forward to enjoying a relaxing meal in the comfort of my room.

One of the best hotel for me in terms of staff and location This is the second time for me in Two months only and I will be back soon again I was staying in 2741 and I would like to thanks first Yousuf from the reception who checked me in Mahmoud HK of the floor and the girl with him sorry didnt picked the name. Hussien the HK supervisor who looked after us. The great one in the resturant which I forgot his name sorry who gives us the dessert.

Please take care about the staff in terms of enjoying the work , am coming from the hospitality background and I love to see the staff laughing and enjoying the work with the guests. Let the team feel its home and they should take care about their guests and their assets too. The team looks stressed and I can see that easily and I understood this is because the new year preparation and the hotel was full.

It has it's good and bad. But I would not return anytime soon if at all.

The location is good though I would just walk out to the street and get a taxi as the ones waiting right outside will charge an arm and a leg Most of the staff were very nice especially the gents who carried the bags

The hotel is dated and looks like it hasn't been renewed in 15+ years. While the facilities are passable you'd expect more from A 5 star hotel Moreover the locking mechanism often failed and we had to go to the lobby multiple times Another thing is the weird rules of "you cannot have a speaker or an incense burner" fair dos but the hotel is mostly a smoking hotel including inside the rooms!!! And the incense burner (a little thing the size of your hand) was a present and we needed to pack it, wasn't going to get used. Although the staff tried to help most of the time one of the managers just couldn't care less offered no help at all. Again not what you expect
