Good short stay in Shanghai

Bed is very soft and comfort; breakfast was very nice!

We smell some smoke inside the room; the location is a bit far from the centre

Great breakfast and kind staff

The breakfast was great - wonderful combination of western and local food. Each day there was one western chef on duty. The staff were friendly and helpful, even helping to settle my daughter with a plushie when she was crying in the lobby. The bedroom was clean and the bathroom was modern and looked newly renovated.

The pool facilities need to be updated to match up to the standard of the hotel. The changing rooms felt small, dark and old, with the showers very run down and often had hair blocking the drains.

I reserved a room with a bidet when I made the reservation, but it was not. It would have been nice if they had informed me in advance, but they didn't.

Very good

A bit tired, but comfortable hotel

The room was spacious and had everything needed, very comfortable bed and pillows, had great sleep. Breakfast selection was very good.

Very long check in - 25 minutes and I was the only person at that time. Only some staff speak English.

I won't come back

No one speaks English, just to order an Espresso i have to use google translation. even the receptionist start shouting on me one time. and i had to pay 805 which was written on my booking but they charged me 860......
