It was good. Might stay again but purely for the location and staff. The rooms and decor are average.

Liked the staff. The location. The welcome package of fruits in the room with the sweet note. They gave my 8 year old daughter a teddy bear upon check in which I thought was a cute gesture.

There wasnt any dental pack available like it was in Hilton Bomonti.

Would not hv chosed this hotel which was very expensive but old and uncomfortable. Big mistake

Perhaps breakfast. But we had to pay to get an upgrade.

The views to the Bosphorus are blocked by another building so the description of SEA FACING IS MISLEADING. We booked sea facing but were told to upgrade to club floor to ACTUALLY get a view of the sea. The beds & pillows need to be changed, very uncomfortable. The decor are all tired and old and shower keeps leaking into the bathroom.

Large and spacious room. Hotel is located close to Metro station and 3 minutes walk from the bus station to the Istanbul airport. The staff very helpful and polite.
