The stay was excellent

Post completion of trip , I was told that I didn't turn up which doesn't make any sense. Poor coordination between Booking.com and resort.

The room provided was good with beautiful ambiance and surrounding There were a few extra services like DJ , Christmas cake. Ala carte food ordered was good.

The breakfast buffet could have been better taste wise with more varieties.

The resort is very very good. Very comfortable and just 1 minutes from the beach. The staff are very helpful. The food was very tasty. The swimming pool was very clean. The water park is very good for children and adults alike. We enjoyed the tea at the lawn. There is also a bakery. We altogether had a perfect stay and the resort exceeded my expectations. I would like to visit again.

Worst nightmare resort

Apart from place the property is worst.. a nightmare

Nothing about this property is good stating from reservation itself when booking.com says pay at property and this property threaten to cancel booking if advance not paid.. experience has been horrible. Wish you guys have not even posted this property on your website as it really tarnish your reputation

I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and all the first class facilities which are provided. The room was very clean and was well managed. It provided all the necessary stuff which is required for a beach day off like hairdryer etc. The food was really very tasty. Complimentary breakfast had lots of food choices which was a boon.. i really liked the pasta and cake so much. They also have a cafe there which provides cakes and coffees. The beach was at a 2 min walk from the hotel.

The only thing that disappointed me was that I reached the hotel at around 11.05am and I was really very hungry. When I went to the restaurant for breakfast they said they are sanitizing the kitchen for which I have to wait for another 40 mins for breakfast and it really had an effect on my health. At least some instant food should be included. People come from far off places to visit mandarmani... It should be taken care of.
