Everything was just ok, not outstanding just ok

A lot of kitchen and waiting staff did not look happy to be doing their job. Cleaning staff for the rooms were great, ours was always singing and in a happy mood.

Beautiful facilities. Not so good service. Bad for people with disabilities.

Hotel facilities are beautiful, many things to do, well maintained and clean.

The service wasnt great. Employees were not hospitable and didnt seem happy. I witnessed many discussions between staff. At check in we had to pay in dominican pesos at the hotels exchange rate which was higher than the official rate so we ended up paying more than what we agreed to when we booked the hotel. Food is regular and buffet is the same everyday except for one or two dishes. Payed additional money to be able to use the water slides in the family club area just to be told after I paid that adults were not allowed to use the water slides with small children (my child is two). Many parents were upset at this as the kids didnt end up using the water slides because they didnt want to go alone. I travelled with my grandma who was on a wheelchair and the facilities and hotel policies are not made to cater for this. She wasnt able to use the hotel transportation or get in pools or receive any help at buffets where mobility was limited due to space and amount of people gathered there.

Great resort

We was family of 5 ,every one loved this resort,when we checked in we was greeted with drinks and helpful staff at front desk they accommodate us with rooms for our needs. Food was great specially at next lobby buffet was always fresh food and stuff was amazing .We loved beach and walking around beautiful sand beach.

Only one thing was not so good was internet some time works sometimes not ,specially in our room
