Pleasant

I like that the staff was friendly.

We got there at 4:30 and our room was not ready. Grant it we got a free drink voucher. We were told our room might be ready between 30 minutes to an hour. I came back at 5:30. I was given a room key. I proceeded to go up and it was already occupied. I came back down to let them know. I paid for a room with a king bed. I was informed that we had to get a room with two beds.

Love it

We stay at the Graduate often. It's an easy walk to PBA, and we love the old-school vibe. We ate at the restaurant on the main floor called Single Barrel. It was seriously some of the better food we've had. HIGHLY recommend!!

The atmosphere was cool loved the nostalgia. All the little touches from the room keys to the extra toilet paper bag! So cool! view out our window of stadium and Haymarket was grand!

Bathroom was smaller than expected But still awesome!

Raising the price for a concert stinks, but everyone does it and you guys didnt raise prices as much as everyone else. I didnt like the added price for parking

A little pricey, but that was excepted! Also we werent warned the elevators were going to shutdown for the team arrival.

We stayed for 4 nights. A little pricey, and we were never asked by any member of the staff cleaning or front desk if we needed anything for our room. Not once did they clean, empty trash or change sheets replace towels, toilet paper or tissues. For the money we paid, I find this unacceptable.

Superb

The people were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Just about everything, but the all the cute identity things in the room were great!

Only issue was not knowing that I had to request room cleaning, as opposed to them just coming and doing it. So my room was never cleaned. Didnt turn out to be a big deal though as I had plenty of towels and supplies. Just wouldve been nice to come back to a cleaned up room.
