Location

There was a long queue for check in and only 2 security person were there. It took 1 hr for my check in and time was close to midnight. My family was waiting outside in the car all these time. There is no easier way to get luggages to room. The room had very old toilet fittings and switches. The bathtub sliding door was not working properly.

The staff was rude. The hotel room smelled like black mold, there was a roach infestation in our room and the room was dirty. And they refused to refund our money the 1st day we got there. This hotel needs to be reported to the health department and the better business bureau.
