Great for groups, amazing HH, and friendly staff!

Room was decorated very dark, but nice. Very clean and not too small for typical NYC rooms. Staff was friendly and able to accommodate all of our needs which was appreciative. Great happy hour.

Hotel decor and room was very darkly decorated. Room was near elevators so we heard the service staff in the am going in and out of their area. Location is a bit like a ghost town after hours and on weekends, but not too bad to get around the city.

Perfect location for City Trip

Perfectly located in a quiet, clean, not really crowded part of the city. Very clean & stylish, friendly Staff

Breakfast only Limited with Voucher for restaurant and choice of 5 small dishes. Always got a seat next to the kitchen and slow service. We do prefer a buffet.

Nice enough place - good location - would stay again if in area.

Not noisy - convenient to get to and nice places to walk to.

Bathroom wall made of glass and using curtain to cover glass - very odd. Made room feel tight.

Expected more than what I got.

The room was neat and clean. The hotel staff was friendly but very casual.

I am from India and this was my first hotel stay abroad, particularly in a country like US and city like New York which are known for cosmopolitan culture. Though the hotel was good, not allowing smoking is what I didn't like some what. Further, I chose complimentary breakfast as part of my booking but the options were too little unlike India where you are offered buffet breakfast. The quantity of water being provided is very less and they don't replace water in the room unless asked. The way customers are treated here in this hotel was different from India where customers are treated with utmost respect and caring. Here they were just casual with me and I couldn't get that vibe of feeling special.
