An awesome stay in Nuwara Eliya

Neat, clean and tidy, friendly and special thanks for Mr. Husni, Atif and Kishor, they were helpful, friendly and open minded. The location of the hotel is good and the food is delicious and plenty.

Location was good. Balcony overlooked the water. Had food which we enjoyed. Staff helpful.

Only downside was the room smelled slightly of damp.

Amazing shower with hot water. Friendly and helpful staff, great location

The room was very damp and cold, as it is in all hotels in that area, so be sure to bring a hoodie. An additional blanket would be great, or at least a blanket cover that closes properly.

only the location of the hotel was good

there were houseflies, mosquitos in the room, toiletries were provided upon request and not all of them were given. they messaged us that they had prepared our room but it was not up to the mark. washroom was very cramped and very less space to use it. breakfast was average. I have complained about all issues but they haven't given us any discount rather they have said that we have to pay in full as you have come through booking com

The staffs were caring, nice and helpful.

Restaurant was closed, bar was closed for renovations as per the manager. But when we try to book, in booking website it showed that restaurant services, room services and bar facilities were available. We booked the room expecting to use restaurant and room service.
