The employees are friendly and the lobby is impressive. The restaurant offers vegan options. However, the hallways are poorly lit and the decor is dated and unattractive. The rooms are spacious but h (Read More)ave a corporate feel, not what you would expect from a Four Seasons hotel. Despite this, the location is good. Another reviewer enjoyed their stay, finding the hotel cool and the staff attentive and friendly. They particularly enjoyed the breakfast place and the fifty mils bar. They would happily return to this hotel in the future.

The Facilities and location was lovely

I didn't like that they take 8K usd from my account and don't return the pending charges for 20 working days. Especially when I payed for everything upfront. Ridiculous

Lovely weekend but definitely on the pricey side

Breakfast was amazing, great selection and quality of food. Staff are very accommodating. The location is good for Chapultapec but you'll need to get a taxi to Roma and Condesa. We arranged a guided tour to Teotihuacan and the guide they provided (Francisco) was unbelievably good.

They will charge you the most expensive rate for breakfast (which is not included in the price of the room) even if you don't eat from that part of the buffet. The hotel will charge you a handling fee for taxis and other services (I don't know if that's common in North America but wouldn't really be where we are from).
