Nice location and lovely hotel

We were given the highest floor and connecting rooms . Bed is comfortable and room is clean with nice shower and nice towels . Breakfast was especially good and best of all are the staffs who served us at breakfast . They are helpful and always greeted us with big smile .

We did find a bed bug on our bed one morning . But we were leaving so we did not feedback to the hotel

Had an incredible stay at the hotel! Upgrading to the premier room was a wise choice: Spacious and Comfy. Breakfast over our three nights stay was a delight. The Lime offered a diverse range of choices and the proactive and friendly staff made each dining experience enjoyable. Kudos to the entire team from front office, restaurant, housekeeping and ground lobby staff for their excellent service. We loved the vibrant atmosphere and sporty staff uniforms. Deserves a solid 5 Star rating for great service and a prime location next to Tunjungan Plaza.

Location is excellent, just next to Tunjungan Plaza, just walk out for shopping and food hunt. we went around by calling GrabCar, very convenient. staffs are extra friendly. breakfast was delicious.

the Bfast was my highlight

I wonder if the mini Office can be place at the quite (close/private area) instead open area.. Juat quite noise , we can heard people talk & loud music. Beside they have excellent set up (printer, papers etc) . Thank you
