Very good

Generally excellent value and location

Room comfortable and reasonable- fitness center excellent - connected bar and restaurant both very good - general presentation very good

Windows not clean - decor in lobby and general hallways could be updated or better done - prices for snacks at front desk a bit too high

Superb

The stay was perfect

Everything was good the location the staff the cleanliness

The the lady which is the supervisor of the reception she was rude with us . When we were checking in the credit card wasnt working we asked her to pay in cash or to wait until we solve this problem but she asked us to leave the hotel and that there are another hotels around i can go there i said no iam not gonna leave because i have a reservation then i called my cousin and he came in and solve the payment problem

Comfortable during the day, highway noise during the night

My room was great, bed was comfortable, spacious and walk in shower. There is a bar call Social on first floor.

Mass Turnpike is below the hotel. I can hear cars whizzed past by all night and my room is on 12 floor. The noise gets refine around 3AM. The breakfast was very overpriced. It was a buffet type of breakfast. They should offer free breakfast or charge less. I would come back if it's price well.

Bedroom too noisy. Windows insulate well but all the noise is coming in from the ac. Not acceptable. Elevators in desperate need for renovation

Very convenient and accessible

The property and people were terrific. The in hotel Tavern needs improvementtoo tired to go elsewhere the night we arrived, we decided to just have dinner there, and that was a mistake. Or maybe I should say misssteakI was served the worst piece of meat ever and charged $22! I could have had the steak tips at the adjacent hotel restaurant for just $2 more, and it is quite good. Also, the hotel could not locate my prepaid reservation for a king room, so they gave us a room with 2 doubles, all they had, and while they gave us two complimentary passes for breakfast, we did not get the room we had reserved and paid for. Also, at the busiest hour of the morning, the elevators were filled with the housekeeping staff and their supplies. Many guests had to wait to get an elevator. The Social restaurant is good but noisy., with excellent service and a nice menu, reasonable prices.

didn't eat breakfast there, too expensive but cafe across the street was friendly, delicious and inexpensive. Staff was friendly. rooms were big, nice to have a frig and waters. bathrooms and bedrooms were cleaned nicely

location over the freeway was loud. not easily accessible to tourist sites. we had to wait for coffee each morning, the carafe was empty each morning, but it was good coffee when we got it in the breakfast area. bathroom had very little counter space
