A must try place to stay

The ambience was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.

The room had a stingy smell coming from bathroom specially in the morning hrs. By evening when we came back from sight seeing it was not there. The TV was not working.

Great for backpackers

While it was spacious room, Location in the heart of Fort Kochi is its real plus with sightseeing, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The staff however were very responsive; the breakfast also was quite adequate though the choices was minimal.

Overall, the hotel had a rundown look. Noise from the street made it difficult to sleep, especially since we were staying during New Year eve. The bed itself was uncomfortable because you could feel the bed springs. The common areas had no A/C and had a decrepit look. More like a homestay than a hotel.

We were delighted to find that our accommodation was in the heart of Fort Cochin and it was perfectly placed for easy travel in and around Cochin itself. The hotel room and bathroom were excellent...very good size and very clean with plenty of hot water for showers. The family team running the hotel were most helpful and all requests were dealt with efficiently and without fuss. We were made to feel very welcomed and our room was most comfortable.

Overall we were very happy with everything Fort Bridge View offered us and we had a very comfortable stay. The only tiny thing I would mention is that it would be helpful if a printed out version of breakfast options was on the table. This would help guests understand exactly what options they could have rather than guessing or finding themselves asking for breakfast options the hotel didn't provide... Having said that...our breakfasts offered were delicious and freshly cooked .

Great place. Great staff. Everything we needed.

Fort Bridge is in the perfect position to explore the town. All the staff bent over backwards to provide anything we needed. No problem with bathroom facilities (water hot, some toiletries supplied) unlike other places whose reviews we read. We decide to book another night there for the last day of our India journey as it felt so reliable.

Comfortable, good location, clean and made the trip a good one.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, helpful staff, great location. Just perfect. There is a little library too to buy books.

The breakfast could be a little bit better.

Nice staff and the location good. Great communication before arrival and helped with sourcing a driver.

Noisy fans and barely functioning AC. The rooms are large enough and reasonably comfortable but unfortunately sadly in need of maintenance. The bathrooms are usable and clean but very poorly designed with the shower pouring over the toilet.

Very good

The location is good, near by all sightseeing. The room was big and comfortable.

Not to much choices for breakfast, was little bit unusual, that the staff was asking you every morning what do you want to eat, and you can choose one ( tea, or coffee, pancake or omelet). Better and easier to make a small menu, and put on the table.
