Very good

Nice location, mostly clean rooms and helpful staff

The bathrooms had seethrough door and the room was pretty small for three people

The staffs have to work more professional. The staffs have to be more focus on their job.

The staffs didnt their job well, when we were there, they talk privately about their life where they go for dine our rooms is not finish clean. We were 6 but both of rooms missed towels and things toilet paper and more. Bad service at all.

The rooms is too dirty and staffs is not friendly

Great value and location

Staff and location are excellent and the bed was comfortable

The big step up to get into the tub to take a shower. There are no rails to hold while climbing in and out. I had difficulty so it would be impossible for an older person

The room is in good condition with everything functioning. Easy to find location. Bed is comfortable

There isn't anything local food nearby. Mostly high-end restaurant. Shower room window unable to close during winter. There is no gym at level 12 which they label gym and pool there

The location is nice, secure and near to the airport. If you are vegetarian then you will get veg hotel exactly In front of this hotel which is convenient.. sea view available, sea is 200mt away and clearly visible. The hotel is neat and clean.. worth it cost. They accept our booking even after 12 at night

Disappointing

False advertisement

Location was alright

Honestly, this hotel is absolutely not what you see in the pictures unless youre lucky enough to not get the room that we did. We paid for a deluxe double room and while it was cheap we were extremely disappointed with what we got and there was nothing deluxe about it, the false advertisement is incredibly irritating. When speaking to staff about our disappointment there was no interest from their end, explained we do have a deluxe room and everything listed on our booking.com confirmation wasnt actually true. There was one tiny little window in the incredibly filthy bathroom. On our booking it says we would receive a free toiletries and bathrobes whilst the toiletries were there, they were filled up tiny little pumps, the bathrobes obviously didnt exist but we did have the pleasure of some dirty mismatched flip flops (yuk). The walk in shower which was described was non existent unless you count the small drain on the bathroom floor as a shower room. The Tiny bath in the room was rotten, the seals were mouldy, the base was dirty, the shower attached to the top of it was too powerful for said tiny bath and even if you attempted to shower there was no shower curtain on the rusty pole of which there perhaps once was a curtain. A private entrance and patio what does this even mean? A patio balcony? The staff didnt even know. Our room wasnt even accessible via the lift, we had to go out the back of reception and climb a dirty, dingy, bug covered stairwell with our heavy bags where youre met with two rooms that look like they dont even belong there. The staff, although sweet, they were very unhelpful and didnt really have a clue what was going on. Overall honestly terrible experience, dont be fooled by the pictures. Oh and dont expect a cleaner/maid to make up your room because theyre not around neither.
