Nice location that offers shuttle to Disney parks

I enjoyed the Mickey Mouse waffles for me and my family

The air vent system did not appear clean in the hallways particularly on the 2nd floor.

breakfast was so poor and not suitable for Muslims, no omelets even. room bathroom was not comfortable at all as the wash basin was outside the bathroom.

It's worth price

When shut down the water and they didn't give us any notice that the water will shut down for sometime. I was about to shower and I couldn't I had to go to the park without showering . And most of the restrooms at the reception were so nasty cause everyone was using those toilets it was a mess at least tell us something before the shutdown the water that there is a leak so will shutdown water so we can be prepared.. Other than that everything was ok.

Just Disappointed

The value of what we paid was good.

We had a family suite that was on the back side of the hotel which was next to the highway. Upon entering the room, it smelled musty. The curtains were sheer and didn't block out the light pollution coming in. The main curtains didn't close and were more decorative. Also the mattress was like a brick. I've stayed with this property group before and haven't had the issues like we did on this current trip. Other members of my group also had a bad experiences too.

Only one elevator was working. So there was chaos during rush hours and you have to wait for long. Parking wasn't free.

Excellent service, excellent team, big thanks to the operation manager, the breakfast team, the housekeeping lady and the restaurant team, look forward to starting again in your hotel, just a small thing kindly credit my Marriott account with the points because I didnt get the points for my stay.

We had to park the car away from the hotel and walk every day because the hotel parking is expensive, should be a special parking price for long stay guests .

The location to Disney was great. Restaurants, shops, target all close by. The room was nice. The staff were all nice.

We found a tag in our room indicating the floor hadn't been properly cleaned. But it seemed clean otherwise. Our room was by the outside door and was noisy.
