Great Location

Location is very convenient in order to get to the airport at a fair price

Bathroom had a bad smell and some areas of the hotel might need to be remodel. Its getting a bit outdated.

Shuttle sevice was very good once the phone was eventually answered. Beds comfortable. Breakfast good. Staff friendly

Room 135 Right beside the lift. Good God , the noise Lift pinging all night long. Why on earth the volume can't be reduced consdering this is a recurrent problem in reviews? Walls papaer thin so can hear neighbouring rooms talking , flushing toilets etc. Noise from people in corridor. Noise from fridge in room. Noise from toilet refilling in bathroom. Stink of sewage in bathroom was awful too.

Great location for relaxing after a long flight. Wonderful staff, good facilities and delicious breakfast. We have stayed a couple of times and our experience has always been good.

If you stay in a room next to the lifts, it can get a bit noisy at times

Good for one night when you are in transit.

Perfect for one night when you are in transit. Very near to Cancun airport. They have free shutel every hour . We was on our way to Tulum and artive late night in Cancun. Good breakfast.

Perfect stay for a layover

Good pool, great gym! Decent breakfast, dinner at the restaurant was pretty great though. Have multiple stores around the hotel for essentials including a drug store.

Very limited vegetarian options for breakfast.

Breakfast was hot food but I think I got sick with stomach issues after eating it. Room was clean and great location. Shuttle from the hotel took us directly to the airport.

Nice place , friendly helpful staff, good location from airport, lovely buffet breakfast, good pool area.

I was double charged for my room. But it was taken care of and the gentleman that helped me was very professional and apologized for the inconvenience. All else was very good.
