The staff was very kind, the rest was horrible

The hotel is abandoned and without maintenance for the last few years, it's far away from what you see in the pictures, the pool is a separated complex and we couldn't use it because it was abandoned and dirty. They wanted us to pay extra for the pool even though the conditions were so bad. The room wasn't clean, the toilet was so dirty and the boiler started to leak at midnight so the hot water didn't work and we had to change the room. In the email confirmation they sent, the hotel said we had to pay in advance to secure the booking as the hotel was full but we were completely alone in this huge and ruined building so basically they ask you to pay in advance so then you can't run away. On top of this, there was a speaker at the pool complex playing music so high from 8am so it was impossible to sleep or relax. We've been travelling for months in India and had better and cleaner rooms for 600 rupees but we paid 3000 here as we wanted to be in a more fancy and comfy place. The result was a really bad experience and even though we complained at the reception, they didn't offer a discount. So DON'T GO!!
