The staff are helpful and respectful, the facility is clean in total, and in general there is a feeling of comfort.

Everything was fine, I just wish there was a sofa in the room.

Nothing it was really bad

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. There was moist everywhere and I woke up during the night because water was dropping from the walls. It was very humid and everything was wet. It was also the most expensive hotel we booked duri G put Mxico Trip Very bad customer support , stay away from the hotel

Simple place , great location. Needs repair on the shower.

Clean, the rooms were clean and the appliances as well.

The showers tiles were poorly built. The water overflows often. The electric stove did not work at all.

The hotel is well maintained, the location is very good & the staff are very friendly & professional.

I wish they would heat the pool water during the fall & winter months.

The size of rooms is adecuate and look cozy as well. I like that have other good location to shop and eat around here

The lights in the room I prefer open the curtain and fell better to see. Another is the lobby should be more convenient to wait the check in or wait to pick up

ideal for overnight Stays but wouldn't want to stay any longer

that location was good. It was clean and tidy

Although you have a kitchen and they call this a serviced apartment there are no cutlery, glasses, dishes, bowls, or cooking pans of any sort I couldn't even get a glass from reception
