AC was working. There was a bed.

Dirty room, chewing gum on side of bed, no toilet paper, 1 pillow missing, hot water only, elevator not working, leaking water faucet, broken night stand, holes in bed cover/blanket. We were told this was the only room left on the property.

Basic accommodations at a reasonable price.

Convenient location, easy to get to. Very friendly staff. Quiet place, except for the A/C fan. Reasonable price.

The fan for the heater/A/C was very noisy. The cold water in the bathroom was warm, almost hot. No other complaints.

Locked out! No customer service!

Nothing. I wasn't given a chance.

I don't like that the main door was locked and that I wasn't able to check-in. I called and called and I could hear their phone ring. I banged on the door. I waited for 20 minutes and there was no one at the reception desk. It was past midnight.

I stayed at the 3rd floor and the elevator wasnt working. I had to carry my stuff through the stairs .

Superb

Thr only thing is I could hear noise upstairs like running and jumping a lot. Other than that, the stay was great!

Easy access, friendly staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The area, the staff, the cleanliness and the bed comfort.

Elevator was broken, and I have a disability, my room was on the ,3rd floor, so had to walk up 4 flight of stairs. My husband had to help me take step by step. The ice machines were broken as well. The breakfast was grab ,& go, but was gone way before 8am. The clerk apologized the whole time we were checking in, which took forever & then you have to give and extra 100$ so they can put on hold in case you destroy something, like an insurance. Lastly, my toilet got stopped up.

Horrible we were going to my grandfathers funeral and didnt want to drive from Houston to Waco in the morning to attend

Nothing the elevator was broke and we had ants in the room and sheets did not look clean. I got a rash on my neck that resembles a ringworm.

Absolutely horrible hotel.

Elevators did work, had to haul my stuff up to the 3rd floor. Mad reservations several weeks out in advance and to be placed on the 3rd floor, selected two beds and given a one bed. Was going to be charged 100 for incidentals, uh no!
