Very good

Fantastic time with family in espania

Location of the hotel was not too far or way too close to the city centre it was in a great location. The lunch option was excellent and worth every penny

The hot water in the bathroom was smelling.

The bus station is in front of the hotel :) Big windows at the room with a nice view. Lovely reception staff Amenities at the bathroom Everything was great. Thank you!

A kettle in the room would be nice. The air-condition didn't smell well when used in higher speed level. Everything else was really nice

Lovely hotel on easy bus route into Madrid. Limited menu but nice dinner. Nice gardens comfy bed

I was delighted to see that they had mugs so I could have a decent cuppa for a change. Tea is just not the same abroad. But the water in the dispenser had not long been switched on so the hot water was still cold. I asked for hot water, the woman felt the heater said "oh it's cold" and that was that. No hot water so I never got my tea No soundproofing so you here alot of noise from other rooms and corridor.
