An example of a great Kashmiri Tradition
Nice place, we had great kashmiri experience and we all enjoyed a lot during our stay. The guest house is mentioned in a great kashmiri Traditional way the rooms are well maintained. Great ambiance and staff is very good at their work and well educated. I unable to recall the names of the people who were there during our stay but yes best wishes to them all. Thanks for making our stay memorable and enjoyable. We would like to visit again soon.

Wonderful and great experience in Gulmarg
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of guest house. Everything about the guest house was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped, neat and clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Water was not available in the washroom multiple times. Geyser was not working. Room heater was not provided. Staff asked to eat food on the floor when I was inside washroom. This is extremely humiliating behavior.

Great place to stay in Tangmarg
This is a home stay in Tangmarg which is almost 13 kms from gulmarg. This is a home stay cosy accommodation. The owner stays downstairs in the same bungalow. This place is a little farther from the main Tangmarg road. The owner being kashmiri, he was sweet and hosted us warmly. He also shared a lot of details about Kashmir. Food was simple, chicken curry and white rice and breakfast was omelette bread and tea and it was served hot, it was more of having food at someone's place. The rooms are decent, flooring in the entire house is covered with carpet so you have to remove our shoes at the entrance of the home. We took an east facing room, the sunrise view from the room was surreal. We loved the stay here, and would like to visit again.

The owner told us the floor on which we were staying was newly built and there are few things that still they are working on like - there was no basin in the washroom. We visited in the month of dec 2023 and it was extremely cold (-4 degrees), they could use thick curtains to maintain the room temperature. They provided a small room heater which was inadequate to keep the room warm, upon requesting the owner was kind enough to provide a gas heater. They have heating beds but the biggest issue is Tangmarg being a small town, they have frequent power cuts which makes it difficult in winters, but apart from that, this place is great if you are planning a summer trip.

A place that you feel home. Great hospitality by the owner family. Hot water, warmer blanket is all available on the cold weather. Helpful owner Rizwan did his best to advice us the best itenary. Thanks and will definately be back

Tangmarg= Meadow of Pears!!
Cozy room at the base of Gulmarg.It's actually Tangmarg.Lovely carpetson the floor with a loving family and a very ,highly skilled and knowledgeable person in Rizwan and his brother Nasir.Rizwan is a treasure trove of knowledge,from the local folklore to Mech Engg,from Software to a community leader. Some of the activities Rizwan has organised for the youth of the town are highly commendable as are his contributions to organising activities for skiers and skiing teams. Every one needs a little bit of Rizwan.
As a solo biker/traveller, I do need to sue my laptop and need a Table and Chair which were absent.THough the homestay has its reasons,I cannot sit on the ground due to medical reasons and even otherwise it'd amount to lounging in bed anyway. THat ,a kettle in the frigid weather and a washbasin are absolute musts everywhere ;so a couple of things they could work on.Hope to catch them in more favourable weather.

The location of the guesthouse was at the amazing location gateway of gulmarg. Guesthouse is located at about 100m from the main road. It is located at the foot hill which added picturesque to the site. The ambience is quite good, the hospitality offered by the staff was pleasing and acknowledging. The food served at the guesthouse was delicious. The room was neat and clean, The washroom are attached with every room, the washroom are very neet and clean.
Highly Recommend, Homely Feelings, Very safe place for Family.

We had a comfortable and quiet, perfect & relaxing stay! We loved every minute and will definitely go back! I would highly recommend this guest house to friends and family. Thank you so much Rizwan for making our trip memorable. The food is too much tasty and yummy.
