Hotel staff were nice, room was great very comfortable , outside could use some touch ups to match the quality of the inside, good stay overall bathroom could also use some touch ups.

Just the outside of the property, bathroom grouting needed some touch ups.

There were bed bugs in the rooms bed that bit a family member. The sofa bed was broken and had strange stains (which looked like blood). We could not stay at the hotel because of this.

The pool was broken and emptied, the gym had dirty old equipment and no cleaning products,towels and bathrooms, the kitchen was empty they did not serve breakfast and if you asked gave you a paper bag with some to go items. The rooms were dirty and run down and found drug paraphanilia on the floor, the toilet was clogged and the pillows were like sleeping on logs. The staff was good and friendly but the place.overall has been the worst I've ever stayed in

Disappointing

My rating is a 1, but for some reason, a 4 is showing.

Staff were friendly.

Rooms were not clean. There were stains on the carpet and ottoman in the bathroom, and floors were damaged. The floor we stayed on and the elevator smelled awful. 'Continental breakfast' was not available when we came down, and we got two different answers about the hours. We were then given a prepacked paper bag breakfast to go. The swimming pool and gym were closed. Overall, this is not worth the money.

Nasty and misleading

This hotel is very misleading with the pictures online. The hotel is not clean. The rooms are nasty. The bathroom is nasty. Theres mold, crack sinks. It was disgusting. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.
