Erase un Hotel has a convenient location near the metros and provides pleasant service with clean and sufficient rooms. However, the walls are thin. The hotel offers a secure baggage hold and include (Read More)s tea and coffee in the rooms. Guests appreciated the comfortable beds and well-functioning air conditioning. The breakfast served downstairs is highly recommended. The hotel is in a great location, close to transportation and nearby activities. Overall, Erase un Hotel is a good option for discovering Madrid.

Could have been a better stay

The apartment itself is very nice with everything you need apart from a dryer. The location is good and it's very clean with a cheap breakfast option

When my girlfriend and I arrived the first thing we noticed was a massive crack in the bathroom glass sink. We reported it right away and we wasn't told if it would be fixed or we would have to change rooms. After we went out for food we came back to apartment to see they hard repaired it with fibreglass which stunk out the entire apartment for the 2 nights we were there. It's unprofessional

Parking is full and no available near public parking when we arrived. Our parking is 900meters far and very upsetting.

Nice and quiet apartment but without attention to details

The apartment was nicely decorated, it is quiet and there is a supermarket very close to it t

Although the apartment was well equipped, basic things were missing such as an electric kettle (which they brought me after I asked for one) and a frying pan (that was in such a bad state that it was not usable). There is a small boiler for heat water to shower and after a few minutes the hot water just ends.

The name of the rooms, instead of numbers, is very nice and original.

140/night WITHOUT even breakfastits definitely too much for that hotel. Position is not really great for tourists.

Great hotel to stay in Madrid's Chamartn quarter

Nicely decorated room, very practical and well organised, with an excellent and large bed. The room also featured a small kitchen unit with a microwave and water boiler. The hotel is not located in a touristic area, but perfect in case you have to attend to business in the quarter.

Very minor point: there were only tea bags and no instant coffee in the room
