Fantastic location, a winter wonderland! The outdoor facilities is stunning with plenty of activities to do. The hot tub and fire pits were most enjoyable and clean. The breakfast at the restaurant was very tasty and the views from the restaurant are beautiful. The view from the main Suite we stayed in are breathtaking and the layout and setup of the suite was perfect!

They did not clean the rooms daily. There was no turndown service. If this is a five star hotel as is being claimed, the rooms need daily clean and nightly turn down. They did not stock coffee, kitchenware, and towels daily we had to call for it, again not five star service. This was a very disappointing part of the stay.

Exceptional location and facility, plenty to do and see. The Suite room design was stunning!

They did not clean the rooms daily and there was no turn down service. For a resort that claims to be 5 stars this was certainly not five star service. The property was also not kept clean regularly, guests would leave their drinks and towels laying in public areas and they would not get cleaned or picked up for hours. Very disappointing. Coffee and towels were not replenished daily, we had to ask for it.

Without those unfortunately events the place is nice

The property itself is nice.

We had a room on the 1st therefore we didnt have the lake view as much as there was a roof hiding the view. The hostess said it was the last available. Now what i didnt like is the fire alarm rang twice for no reason and my baby got extremely scared he didnt sleep all night. I understand it was out of there control but that night was rough with my baby. Also no one told us what was happening or what we should do.

A double charge at check out for the stay as they thought I had not paid and the hotel wasnt able to understand when I was explaining. Eventually it got resolved but I had to waste almost 30 mins having the awkward conversation

Amazing

Unreal views. Great Restaurant. Paddle boards and bikes for guests to use. Simply one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Ended up extending my visit to the area for a few days because of this place.

Very good

The room was nice and the staff very friendly. Accommodating my lack of French by speaking English to me.

They indicated there was only one entrance, which is really inconvenient and with parking either across the street or down a hill even for handicapped parking it was challenging for my boyfriend who uses a leg brace and cane. The kids room, hot tub and gym were hard to find, and a very long walk after basically walking through the restaurant.

Gorgeous resort close to Quebec City

Simply gorgeous! The view from our Penthouse room was spectacular. We visited during the American Thanksgiving holiday and stayed for 3 nights. The room was beautiful and very clean. If you are a family, highly recommend the Penthouse suites. We used the Nordic jacuzzi, the gym and the pool table each evening. Dined at the Lilot restaurant one night - the food and service were superb! Breakfast was included with the room with delicious a la carte options and breakfast buffet on the weekends. The resort was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and located in town of LacBeauport which is so pretty! Very close Quebec City.

Great time, super service w/ great staff but mattress was victim of its success and could use a little freshening up

All the activities and facilities/amenities incl jacuzzi, kids play room, pool table etc The staff started a bonfire outside for us to grill marshmallows -> really a great time

The kind bed mattress in room 241 A was a little too used/hollow
