There is nothing to like, who gives 4 stars I don't understand

The allowed time of check in was at 2 pm, we went at 3 pm. The caretaker says the room is not ready somebody still there. I don't understand why they booked the room, we had to go around the city and come back after 5 pm to checkin. Such was the experience. I found this place shady, and I will not recommend it to anyone

The balcony attached to the room is spacious. The location is close to the main road.

The toilet space is really small. If you're > 1.8m you'll have to stand. When I enquired about extending my stay and booking for a reduced rate per booking. Com, the host said to wait whilst he increased the rate which was dishonest to say the least. The wifi speed is slow. I stayed at two other properties in the immediate area which offered much better value for money.

The shower was cold, toilet didn't flush properly, bathroom is slowly deteriorating. I found hair of another guest in the shower. But worst of all, they say they offer luggage storage. But in reality they don't. I had to pay 5 USD a day to have my luggage stored. 20 days!!! That was not funny. And I all though they told me it would be stored at an external location, after 3 weeks, I found my big bicycle bag at exactly they same spot where I left it. I have no prove for it, but it felt as if I had been stolen 100 USD. And the main gate is continuously closed. No one there, call some number. And the location is also no good.

Good location but accomodation was nothing special. Guy who checked me in was not able to speak english properly but he was trying. Equipment was nothing special for that price, for this price I could imagine better apartment.

Signal for mobile data wasnt anything special even though its close to the Colombo district.

Absolutely top 10

The staff was absolutely good and helpful. Our room was excatly what we though. Location was perfect and it was really easy to move with tuk tuk . I very highly recommended this place to sleep and spend time to rest. Not so expensive but GOOD. Our breakfast was absolutely good

At first we came Colombo 3, we be frightened of front of the building. There wasn't any door visible. We didn't like to spent time behind closed door.. Locked. We should have own keys if door are closed

Good value and had everything we needed with a nice clean and spacious room.

Staff werent always there when you needed them, including for check out in the morning.

Excellent value for money, extremely helpful hosts and homely atmosphere. Great position.

The location is ideal and the position at the end of a quiet culdesac a rare gem. The hotel is homely and has everything required. Good aircon and shower

There was a bit of a damp musty smell but it was raining at the time.
