Rooms and location

Service really slow, understaffed. My room was. Ot ready for check in at 5pm when check in starts at 3pm. Had to wait a long time for check out because there was only one employee in the reception.

Did not receive Aby receipt for wat I was paying for I was charged for 3 payments was taken from my card first on arrival 927 us an then on checkout 720 For 2 nights. The 720 is right price I want my 927 us dollars back

Great Hotel with Bay View.

The room (Bay Plus) was in the 30th floor. The view is absolutely amazing, especially from the terrace. It was very clean and moderne. The location of the hotel is also very good. You are near to many shops and public transport. The staff was very kind.

Perfect one night stay

The hotel has a great location and direct access to the mall Brickell City Center. Its modern, clean and spacious. Didn't have time to enjoy the anmenities this time since we were only in miami one night for a layover. However next time I am in Miami will be staying here for sure. Lee received us upon check in and he was exceptional, thank you so much.
