Superb

Great location and good facilities - would stay again

On-street parking outside. Good garden space. The host provides good facilities. Close to Universal Studios and Warner Brothers Studios. Close to 101 Freeway and Burbank airport. Easy to get to downtown LA, Santa Monica, and further afield in the greater Los Angeles area.

The door code was sent on the day of travel (flying). This meant I needed data connectivity to collect my email and the door code. The instructions didn't clarify which door I had to access. I went to the wrong door as I couldn't see how you got through the gate (pull the string!) to the right door, at the back. Once I did get into the property, there were no instructions to access the Wi-Fi. These details were online, which needed more data to access! Being tired at this point, as I had flown internationally across multiple time zones, this all seemed an unnecessary hassle and was stressful. Why this information couldn't have been sent prior to travelling, I don't know. After this initial hiccup, everything else was fine.

Dreamy farmhouse was perfect for my family and I. it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.I was nervous for the location not knowing the area but neighborhood seemed very quiet and friendly. I highly recommend, and will be using again in the future. Also good communication, Property owner was available for questions at any time.

Although the cottage itself was cute and the beds were comfy, the stench of stale cigarette smoke and ants in the kitche

It was a very cute cottage with a central location.

Upon arrival there was a heavy stench of cigarette smoke through the cottage. We also encountered ants in the kitchen and had to throw away some of our food as a result.

Great place, needs a few small changes

Its a beautiful house, very modern and the area is gorgeous with lots of restaurants nearby. It was easy to walk to things. The house was extremely clean, spotless really, and equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen.

Beds were not comfortable at all. Not really anywhere to sit to eat except a tiny coffee table. Some screens were missing on windows. A warn blanket would have been nice, as I spent all three nights shivering. There was a thin blanket in the closet, but that was it. No hangers for your clothes. The mirrors in the upstairs bathroom and downstairs bathroom need to be switched. None of this is major and it was overall a very nice place, but some attention to detail is missing.

Could be 5 star but just misses.

The interior is very unusual & attractive, love the tile & brick features. The place has personality and lots of space.

It would have been easy & cheap to include some welcoming items such as tissues, nice soap & shampoo. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher & damp towels in the dryer.

location

needs a deep clean- trash outside and just didnt feel clean when we entered. really needs attention especially with a 200 dollar cleaning fee. also the instructions for the house didnt apply to our house . for example- we were told not to touch the heating and air units and do everything through the thermostat. there was no thermostat. the main room has a bed and a couch and a tv that cant be seen from the bed and couch at the same time. the outside area really needed attention as well
