It was a decent stay for the price.

The staff were great and friendly, it was decorated very nice for the holiday, loved that there were free cookies and hot chocolate fat was great after a late night pool visit. The elevator with the see through glass was neat as well.

In the room itself, there were some maintenance issues, a few things falling apart or loose electrical fixtures, they dont give you very many towels, there were no vents in the bathroom for the steam so the fire alarms went off multiple times, and they were very hard to turn off. The pool is not very clean. There was gum and food on the sides of it and gross floating questionable items in the hot tub. Also, the extra fee for parking each night was inconvenient.

Very comfortable place to stay

Rooms are large and well maintained. Access is very easy by car and its by the river. They also have a complimentary shuttle to Harvard Square.

Price is a little high, but its ok compared to other properties in Boston.

Nice hotel

The room was huge I believe they upgraded us. Clean and comfortable . Warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival was a nice touch.

Room was warmer than we like and we couldnt lower the heat below a certain temperature but that was our preference.

Peaceful comfy stay

The view on the river was so pretty. The bed is comfy. The king room was spacious, clean, with great coffee. The buffet breakfast was good. The taxi was right outside the hotel entrance.
