Felt very comfortable and welcome

Front desk staff upon arrival and checkout were exceptional........we needed clean towels and approached a housekeeper and she was very willing to help.......any time we interacted with any staff member we were met with a smile

Gym was very basic but OK.

Sawgrass mall is not quiet in walking distance best to use Uber while during your stay in this hotel. There are few restaurants in walking distance.

The reception staff could be more attentive and welcoming to guests. They should be more smiling and at ease, rather than uptight.

Very nice!

Everything was great.

Sunrise shuttle was not of any use. So the Doubletree should not advertise that they have one. Also the breakfast was the same each morning. The $10 charge for each package was outrageous! Especially when amazon breaks up their orders into so many separate ones.

A nice hotel with very quiet rooms. The interior is from the 1990s but is in surprisingly good condition. The hotel is located a short distance from Sawgrass mills mall. Starbucks down in the foyer is a big plus. Heated pool Can highly recommend this when visiting the shopping centre.

The receptionist at check-in had a bad attitude and showed little interest in me as a customer and spoke indistinctly. Moisture-damaged bathroom signs mould. The breakfast is expensive in relation to what they offer. My recommendation is that if you are thinking about breakfast to first see what they offer.

I called before I booked and ask if they charge to revive packages and the lady told me they did not ! I started sending some and when I picked them up at reception they charged me $10 per package , I requested to escalated to upper management and they did not wanted to ! So disappointed

Great Location Original Room Selection was a Flop

Location is excellent. Staff is overall pleasant, but could have been more motivated when I wanted to switch rooms. A bit hesitant.

When I checked in I was given Room 721. It was a room that should never have been given to a guest. The door lock was sticky (a struggle to open) and it did not lock and close smoothly once in the room. The carpet was super soiled after years of wear and year. Most of all, in a corner of the room there was black along the baseboard molding and carpet . After a complaint at the desk, the desk was at first hesitant that I waited to put in my complaint (reason was visiting relatives in area Christmas Eve day), she then gave me room 603 .It was cleaner. I have stayed at the Marriott Doubletree previously and had a very good experience with the room. However, Management needs to have a room block list for rooms that are beyond the beyond. They also need to carefully inspect the rooms themselves. Room 721 was not suitable for a guest stay. Thank you for your attention.

Clean, Great location,friendly staff. Hotel room needs to be upgrade.

Its a very good hotel I like the area it was close to shopping areas the room was clean the staff was nice and friendly.

The first night after I showered the bathroom tub was clogged up they had to call the maintenance guy to fix the problem.The last night when I went in the room from just coming back from shopping I smell something burning and then I turn the AC on and it won't turn on so I called front desk to let them know they say that they will send the maintenance guy up to check the AC it was my last night I was traveling the next morning so I was in the hot room trying to pack tired and inhaling all the burning smell from the air vent while I wait for him to get it fix So after awhile I couldn't take the burning smell I decided to call front desk again and ask to get another room to get a good night's rest they say that they will call me back they have to speak with the maintenance guy to know what is happening with the AC it took awhile for them to call me back when they did they say that they will bring the key for the other room so he went and get the key for the next room they told him to check to make sure the AC is working in the room so I had to move all my stuff to the room across. The AC still was not fix when I left to go to the next room but I was able to get a good night's rest.
