Great place for a slice of self care

The room is excellent. It's really easy to find the hotel, and the soundproofing is amazing. I ordered room service for tea and breakfast, and both were good! The bed is comfortable, the staff are friendly and you get a COOKIE on check in :)

The only negative is that the HUGE tv in my room would not allow me to view streaming services (only tv channels). I would much rather watch films on the massive tv rather than on my laptop. Not even screen share :(

About average with bewildering check-out incident and noisy guests all night.

Clean room. Good size. The Room Service Maid was polite and wished me a Good Morning.

Only two small lifts and one was broken. I had to use the stairs all the time which hurt. On checkout, I was questioned by a bouncer who kept me waiting at a locked door whilst he made himself a cup of coffee. I eventually had to ask a member of staff if it was OK to leave the hotel. I had already told the bouncer that I had checked out and wished to exit. He had seen me check out. This was a bit intimidating and very confusing. There were people talking in the corridors all night until past 3:00 am and I couldn't get to sleep because of this. So I felt forced to check out early at 5:15 am. I was paying a premium but overall, I don't think I received premium service here.

Very clean excellent breakfast I prefer this hotel than the Edwardian in my opinion the Edwardian is over rated not worth the extra cost

Wonderful stay

The customer service was excellent. We really enjoyed the bar and restaurant, and the breakfast was very good. The location is also great, only 3 mins away from Picadilly station.

The rooms are a bit outdated but they are very clean

A great welcome and a nice stay

Very nice welcome from Sam, an asset to you. I usually stay across the road in Malmaison but tried you for a change. Good room, fair size, very clean. Location is spot on for rail links. Friendly night staff on check out.

Poor water pressure in shower. Cashless bar.
