Not really that much to like, the hotel being so dated so fast. I was there first in 2017 and it was alright, nothing to write home about to begin with. Now, it has really deteriorated. If I really had to pick ONE THING I like, I'll say the juice in glass bottles from the club lounge, specifically the apple juice.

1. The room lights are pretty dim 2. The bathroom is not clean, can see the buildup around the inside part of the sink 3. The glass door got stuck when we closed it to shower 4. The bedroom aircond is not as cold as the living area 5. The access card is not easily detected by the lift 6. The lounge should not insist on us wearing shoes as we are on holiday, we did not bring any shoes, only flip flops. And we didn't even go during cocktail hour. Too rigid. 7. The lobby doesn't look as grand as it was once upon a time. 8. The cupboard doors in pantry doesn't have soft close and is super loud when we close it. Basically, for close to RM3000 for ONLY 2 NIGHTS, I expected A LOT MORE. The hotel needs a new breath of life, needs a face-lift, and refurbishment.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location.

The building materials and structure are of quality expected for HIlton hotels. Mattresses are very comfortable. Grateful for late checkout given for one of our rooms and the secure complimentary parking. Food at Tosca was excellent.

The rooms had a moldy smell which is no wonder when there was mold in the bathroom. The staff, though friendly enough, somewhat lack the service quality of other Hiltons.

Overall i am happy with my stay,

My check in was not satisfactory at 4pm. Need more part time staff to help during peak season ? Because during peak, we pay high rates !

Very good

Ample parking space. Just 15 mins walk to the famous kopitiam. Will definitely come back here whenever I am in JB again.

Location is superb. Staff was friendly from the time I stepped down from the car to the time I checked out.

I wish the sauna time is extended to 12 am. Sauna a bit small not more than 2 people and the jacuzzi also meant for 2 people max. The toilet - one can the other persons silhouette during shower. It should have a wall instead of an opaque glass.

Air con was too cold,

Shower water was inconsistent, hot water came with cold water and it was never comfortable. Never had breakfast Room had mosquito. Room was not sound proof, could hear neighbours talking outside of my room

Shower water was not hot and when i exit the shower, room was too cold and i was shivering
