Dissapointing service

The beds were very comfy

I wasnt greeted upon arrival. Once I had checked in, no one showed me to my room. Also the restaurant and pool area were booked for a private event during my stay so I was not allowed to use them - I wish this was informed to me before booking as I booked this hotel for those facilities. Very disappointing service overall
