Nice hotel for access to universal studios

Nice area surrounded by restaurants, nice shuttle offered to the parks, staff was really kind, nice pool & hot tub. Will definitely come back for the price

Didnt like the people trying to sell timeshares/ points in the lobby. Kind of predatory and weird. Made me not want to sit in the lobby to avoid them.

Our main activity was universal and disneyworld park and both are in reasonable distance to the hotel with uber.

Restaurant around and easy access.

Not really entrance of the Universal park you have to either walk 20mn to Universal park or take an uber as despite being an Universal partner, shuttle was just poor (every 2h only) and always crowded for the earliest one 7:35 & 9:35 We also book for 5 adults and 2 were on a couch with so mall mattress that it was more looking as a duvet than a mattress.

we got a room with a view of Universal and it was AMAZING. the lobby was spotlessly clean and the outside courtyard where the fire pit is, was personally my favorite. nice and spacious.

Vincent, at the Sunshine cafe was THE NiCEST & most attentive server.

Very clean & the walk to universal was great. Our dancers had a great space to rehearse in for their performances.

shuttle to Universal studios staff very friendly- especially breakfast (shout out to Brenda) front desk very helpful! and it is a near a mini mall for other dining options/a drugstore/pharmacy/ and a souvenir shop As Starbucks within hotel area free water and cookies upion check in
