It was great holidays at overall. Thank you team of the hotel.

Location is great, especially for the family holidays. Room was enough big and comfortable. Food was enough plenty, though since hotel is located in island should be having more seafood in the offer. Great sea beach.

Having the room over the main entrance it was quite noisy during the nights (bar on the ground floor) and in the mornings (guests arrival/departures). Administration should definitely think about an extra acoustic facilities in these rooms. The room were cleaned mainly in the center but the corners in the bathroom, for example, remained untouched. Pity that having all inclusive service there were not able to have any not sweet snacks between lunch and dinner (it is important when you are with the kids). Entertainment ideas for the evenings must be reviewed - it was not really interesting.

Great place close to the beach and a very good breakfast as well as swimming pools with pool bar, great view from the room on the sea.

You feel that is a commercial place, not a sweet cosy.

great location, great value for money.

The location was excellent.There was a Starbucks right outside which I personally loved.The rooms were consistently cleaned early.

There was no iron in the room. there was a room made available with two irons(for the whole hotel). One of the Irons didn't have an adaptor,so wasn't usable. I wouldn't mind but I emailed to check and was told I could request one to my room, when I got there it was not possible. I would have Ironed beforehand if I knew. Rant over.

Very large hotel, with excellent facilities

The pools and bars were great. Extra towels for the pool were available at no cost. The breakfast was very good but very busy. The extra tables in the Delos bar were a blessing and made breakfast very pleasant.

The bar in the reception area was good but very loud, especially when the music entertainment was playing which wasn't so good.

Hotel is fine enough, but could do with a bit of TLC. Great location. Pay the extra for the sea view

Hotel was fine, on the surface, but when looking a little closer it needs a bit of maintenance / upgrading (maybe this will be done in the off season?) Steak restaurant in the hotel was lovely - however, some menu items unavailable due to being end of the season Breakfast at the main restaurant is good - buffet style with lots of choices Sea view room is worth paying a little extra for St Pauls Bay area is nice - lots of restaurants, bars etc in the are

Needs a bit of maintenance / upgrading - some of the pools / pool areas were dirty / needed elements of repair, rooms need a good deep clean, just a general refresh all round really No balcony to our room, despite this being a sea view room and balcony listed in the room description Water not complimentary, as listed in the property description Some of the facilities were closed for the off season Private "beach" isnt a sandy beach - just direct access to the sea
