Excellent property, location and service!

Excellent location, well maintained and clean property. Amazing staff and service, especially front desk and concierge, Musa at front desk was great. They even helped us as our taxi to airport had luggage capacity issues due to a spare tire in the trunk, and they agreed to keep the spare temporarily to create more space. Good breakfast everyday on terrace with excellent view of Istanbul and Blue Mosque. Gave us great city tour and cruise options.

Exceptional

The scenery. We could see Sultanahmet from the window of our room. The breakfast is also nice on the terrace with a great view. The staff are very friendly. This is the second time we stay at this hotel following a previous good experience.

Location is awesome. Upgraded us to a suite. View from the restaurant where they serve breakfast is amazing.

Breakfast options can use some refresh. Ventilation fan was noisy.

Nice hotel in my favourite place

We stayed for five nights at this nice hotel in mid Dec 23 ...the family room was big and had all the facilities and the staff very heplful ...location was perfect very close to Sultan Ahmet attractions yet still a quite place ...the view from the restaurant terrace was just breathtaking ...breakfast was good but could have been better ...

Nothing really but maybe the restaurant menu lacks any international food just pure Turkish food
